Warehouse Operative

Our client is seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Operative to join their growing team in Stratford-upon-Avon. This role offers a genuine opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch.
• Receiving, unloading, and storing incoming deliveries.
• Maintaining accurate stock levels and assisting with stock control.
• Ensuring products are handled safely and efficiently.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety procedures.
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.
• Working collaboratively as part of a team to meet daily operational targets.

Skills and Experience

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to lift and move goods safely.

Working Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch break). Hourly rate is -14. 10% salary bonus is paid as a profit share at the end of the year to permanent employees.
