Warehouse Operative (Assembly) - Temporary Contract starts from the end of June 2026
We are currently seeking Warehouse Operatives to join our team of agency workers assembling wheel-based metal cages at our busy warehouse facility for our client based in Widnes, WA8 0PB

Role Overview
As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for the assembly of metal cages using basic tools, ensuring all products are built to the required standard and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
* Assembling wheel-based metal cages
* Using basic hand tools safely and effectively
* Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
* Following health & safety procedures at all times
* Meeting daily productivity targets

Working Hours
* Monday to Friday
* 08:00 - 16:00
* Unpaid 30 min break a day

Pay Rate
* -12.71 per hour

Contract Details
* 4-month temporary contract
* Opportunity to transition into the main operation (tray wash/recycle) upon completion
* Progression and extension of the assignment to a 4 on / 4 off rotational shift pattern (subject to performance and availability) at the end of the 4 months contract

Requirements
* No previous experience required - full training provided
* Good level of manual dexterity
* Ability to use basic tools
* Reliable, punctual, and motivated
* Physically capable of manual work
