Staffline is recruiting Warehouse Operatives and Relief Van Drivers in Bournemouth.

The rate of pay is £26,676.00 per annum.

This is a full-time role working fixed day shifts and the hours of work are:
- 7am to 4pm

Your Time at Work

We are currently seeking a reliable, hardworking, and flexible individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operative and Relief Van Driver. This is a dual-role position ideal for someone who enjoys both warehouse work and being out on the road.

You''ll be based primarily in our warehouse, assisting with the day-to-day operations including picking, packing, loading, and general stock control. As a relief van driver, you''ll also be responsible for covering delivery routes during periods of staff absence or high demand.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Duties:
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Stock rotation and inventory checks
- Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment
- Adhering to health & safety procedures at all times

Driving Duties (when required):
- Delivering goods to customers in a timely and professional manner
- Loading and unloading the van
- Ensuring all deliveries are signed for and documentation is completed
- Carrying out vehicle checks before use
- Representing the company in a polite and professional manner

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker will have the following:

- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
- Previous experience in a warehouse or delivery driving role is preferred
- Good level of physical fitness (some heavy lifting required)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible and willing to take on varied tasks
- Good communication and customer service skills
