Additional working during sale periods will only be required where agreed with the Operations Manager.Pay Rates General Warehouse Operative: £12.91 per hourPM shift premium: Additional £0.68 per hour for the 14:00-22:00 shift All are brought in as standard ops to begin with, with possibility to be trained up to skilled ops Skilled Warehouse Operative: £13.80 per hourMHE/VNA Operative: £14.49 per hour Role OverviewWe are looking for reliable, motivated and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our fast-paced warehouse operation.Depending on your experience, skills and operational requirements, you may work across several departments, including Pick and Pack, Inbound, Stock Control, Returns and Kitting.Key ResponsibilitiesPick and Pack Accurately pick and pack customer orders.Complete a three-day training period.Work towards achieving the required pick and pack targets from your fourth shift onwards.Maintain accuracy and productivity within a fast-paced working environment.Ensure products are packed securely and prepared correctly for dispatch.
