Warehouse Operative

Alliance Personnel are currently looking for warehouse operatives in Birmingham.-

Hours: Monday to Friday, either 7:00am to 3:00pm or 8:00am to 4:00pm

About the role
We''re recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy, well-organised warehouse team. You''ll carry out picking, packing, labelling and general warehouse duties to keep orders moving accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders accurately
• Labelling products and packages correctly
• Checking stock, goods in and goods out
• Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe
• Loading and unloading as required
• Completing paperwork and records accurately
• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets

What we''re looking for

• Reliable, punctual and willing to work the full shift
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to lift and move items safely and follow health and safety procedures
• Good teamwork and communication
