Warehouse Operative

All Square Recruitment is currently seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join a market-leading client based in Dunmow, Essex. Initially on a full time temporary basis, there may be the opportunity to earn a permanent contract. Key Responsibilities Manage Goods In/Out: You will unload deliveries, check incoming stock, and store items correctly in the warehouse. Execute Order Picking: Our team accurately selects high-value products and components for daily dispatch. Handle Packing and Loading: You must securely pack fragile items to prevent damage. Additionally, you will assist with the safe loading of delivery vehicles. Maintain Stock: The role involves conducting regular inventory checks and maintaining an organised shelving system. Prioritise Health and Safety: You will adhere to manual handling guidelines and maintain a clean, safe workspace at all times. Requirements Attention to Detail: handling fragile or high-value materials. Physical Fitness: You must manage heavy lifting and remain active throughout the entire shift. Reliability: Excellent punctuality and a consistent work ethic are essential for a 07:30 start. Communication Skills: You need good verbal and written English to manage paperwork and coordinate with the team effectively.
