Warehouse Operative Location: Heathrow / Feltham / Colnbrook Area Shifts: Day and Night Shifts Available (Rostered Pattern or ADHOC) We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our client s operation in the Heathrow area. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a busy industrial warehouse environment where efficiency, accuracy and teamwork are essential. You will be working on a rotating day or night shift within a fast-paced cargo handling operation, supporting the safe processing and movement of goods. Shift Schedule: Various patterns Days and nights Key Responsibilities As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include: Unloading inbound shipments safely and efficiently Loading and unloading parcels weighing between 20kg and 30kg Organising, controlling and maintaining accurate inventory Packing goods securely to ensure safe transport Weighing and labelling packages accurately Ensuring all packages are correctly identified and routed to their destination Securing cargo in line with operational and safety procedures Maintaining a clean, organised and compliant warehouse environment Working collaboratively as part of a dedicated and hardworking team Always adhering strictly to company policies and Health and Safety procedures.
