Warehouse Operative

Warehouse Operative, Aspatria, hourly pay rate is -12.75 per hour.

Our client a manufacturer & local employer of choice. Is looking to recruit a temporary, ongoing basis. Hours of work are Mon - Thurs 07:30 - 16:00. Fri 06:00 - 13:00

To support the efficient operations of the warehouse by receiving, storing, extracting and the loading of our products accurately and on time, while maintaining high standards of health and safety, best practice and customer service.

Key Duties:

• Receiving finished goods from production departments, Placing in correct place and locations within the warehouse floor with accurate labelling.

• Extracting multiple pieces of stock and assigning each piece to its allocated load prior to loading the vehicle.

• Receiving, inspecting and processing returned products. Analysing the condition and specifying the correct category of the returned pieces to be assigned to the correct locations.

• Working as part of a loading team to scan, label and correctly load the products.

Key Skills:

• Physical fitness for manual handling.
• Numerical & Literacy skills
• Laptop and Handheld scanners. (Full training will be given)
• Communication and Teamwork
