Warehouse Operative

Location: Maidstone
Pay: -13.00 per hour
Contract: Temp to Perm
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Start Date: Immediate

Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative looking for your next opportunity? Our client is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join their busy warehouse team based in Maidstone.

• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
• Loading and unloading deliveries safely
• Receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods
• Ensuring stock is stored correctly and warehouse locations are maintained
• Assisting with stock counts and inventory checks
• Preparing goods for dispatch to customers
• Working closely with colleagues to meet daily targets and deadlines
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Completing relevant paperwork and warehouse records accurately
• Following all health and safety procedures at all times

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Good understanding of warehouse processes and procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable with excellent timekeeping and attendance
