Warehouse Operative (Paint Manufacturing) - Harrow Weald
-13.00 per hour | Full-Time | 4 On, 4 Off Shift Pattern

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy paint manufacturing and distribution company based in Harrow Weald. This is a fast-paced warehouse environment processing approximately 400 orders per day, so candidates must be hardworking, reliable, and able to work quickly and accurately under pressure.

• Safely receive, store, and organise raw materials, including solvents, pigments, resins, and finished paint products.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders accurately, ensuring correct product and batch traceability.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet trucks and other material-handling equipment, in line with safety procedures.
• Carry out stock checks and inventory control activities, reporting any discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Load and unload deliveries efficiently and safely.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant warehouse environment.
• Follow all company health and safety procedures, including COSHH regulations, PPE requirements, and incident reporting processes.
• Support the team in achieving daily targets within a high-volume operation.

• Previous warehouse experience is essential.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high order volumes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to attendance.
• Must be able to commit to the full-time 4 on, 4 off shift pattern.
• Good understanding of health and safety practices within a warehouse environment.
