Warehouse Operative (A valid and in-date Flexi (Pivot Steer/Bendi) Forklift Truck licence) Must be able to easily commute to Tonbridge in Kent and MUST have the relevant right to work in the UK as no sponsorship can be offered for this position. Location: Tonbridge, Kent Working Hours: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday Salary: Competitive, based on experience Holiday: 20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse team. This role requires an experienced individual who holds a valid Flexi (Pivot Steer/Bendi) Forklift licence and is ready to take ownership of warehouse operations during their shift. Key Purpose of the Role: You will be responsible for the effective running of all warehouse activity during your shift. This includes maintaining high standards in Health and Safety, Food Safety, and operational efficiency, while ensuring the timely and accurate handling of goods. Key Responsibilities: Maintain excellent standards of hygiene and housekeeping in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Promote a culture of "audit readiness" across all warehouse functions Communicate any issues affecting warehouse performance to the Warehouse Supervisor, such as product quality concerns, late deliveries, or shortages Ensure all stock is handled correctly, stored safely, and non-conformances are promptly managed Guarantee that outgoing deliveries meet internal and customer expectations ..... full job details .....
