Job Title: Warehouse Operations Supervisor
Location: Deeside
Pay: £13.50 per hour | 40 hours per week | Monday–Friday

Hexagon Recruitment are seeking a highly organised Operations & Admin Supervisor to support a busy logistics and packing operation. This is an office-based role ensuring accurate administration, efficient planning, and smooth day-to-day operations across multiple client accounts.

You’ll play a key role in coordinating jobs, maintaining stock accuracy, supervising packing standards, and ensuring high-quality fulfilment and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Allocate work orders, create pick lists, and plan weekly workloads
• Check order accuracy using Zolto and produce packing documentation
• Monitor packing progress and ensure quality standards are met
• Book in deliveries, manage dispatch, and apply correct charges
• Create labels, paperwork, and ensure retailer requirements are met
• Track non-conformities and packaging stock usage
• Liaise with clients regarding planning, requirements, and updates
• Support daily coordination between office and warehouse teams

Stock & Quality Control

• Maintain accurate stock records (in/out)
• Carry out cycle counts and stock checks
• Monitor packaging usage and flag replenishment needs
• Ensure packing areas are tidy and standards are followed
• Investigate and report client issues or complaints

Client & Operational Support

• Maintain strong client relationships and regular communication
• Support client meetings and document actions
• Ensure all processes are followed across teams
• Assist with cost control, charging accuracy, and profitability tracking

Skills & Experience

• Strong admin and organisational skills
• Confident using Excel, Word, and systems such as Zolto
• Experience in logistics, warehouse admin, or fulfilment preferred
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Able to prioritise workload and manage multiple accounts
• Confident dealing with clients and internal teams
