Role: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Eccles, Manchester

Hours: 9am – 5.30pm Monday - Friday

Salary: £33,500

We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead daily operations in our clients busy, high-value logistics environment. You’ll manage people, stock, and processes to keep everything running smoothly, while motivating your team to deliver excellent results.

What will you be doing in the Warehouse Operations Supervisor role?

• Oversee daily warehouse operations & staff
• Manage stock control, goods in/out & audits
• Ensure Health & Safety & ISO standards are met
• Lead, train & motivate the warehouse team
• Support transport operations & customer service

What we would like from you:

• Experience as a Warehouse Team Leader/Supervisor
• Strong IT skills is essential in this role
• Strong people management & organisational skills
• IT & warehouse systems knowledge
• Flexible, proactive, and customer-focused
• Forklift/Reach Truck licences an advantage
