Location: Ipswich | Salary: £40000 - £50000/annum | Type: Permanent | We are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a company based in Ipswich who are looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the daily warehouse operations. Key Duties: Supervised warehouse staff, delegated tasks, and monitored performance. Managed daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. Oversaw container palletising, racking, picking, and loading activities. Ensured goods were handled, stored, and dispatched safely and efficiently. Maintained accurate warehouse records and documentation. Monitored stock movement and maintained effective warehouse organisation Enforced health and safety procedures and ensured compliance at all times. Supported HR-related matters including attendance management, training, performance, and disciplinary procedures. Previous Skills & Experience: Strong leadership skills. Previous warehouse experience. Ability to manage and lead people. Forklift experience or license would be advantageous. Strong communication skills and problem solving. Basic HR knowledge
