Warehouse Operations Manager About the Role We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Operations Manager to lead the safe, accurate and efficient day-to-day operation of our warehouse in Warrington. This is a key operational leadership position, responsible for managing the warehouse team, maintaining high standards of stock accuracy and location control, and driving productivity and continuous improvement. Working closely with Production, Export and the wider business, you will play an important role in ensuring we meet customer requirements while continuing to develop our warehouse processes, systems and ways of working. We are looking for a visible, practical leader who takes personal accountability, enjoys being hands-on and is passionate about people, operational discipline, stock control and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Leadership and Operations Lead, motivate and manage the warehouse team, allocating daily activities and supporting performance, attendance and development. Manage daily receipt, put-away, storage, picking, staging and loading activities. Maintain high standards of housekeeping, stock storage and operational discipline. Work closely with Production to ensure completed goods are correctly identified, transferred, receipted and put away promptly.
