This role will oversee a UK NDC looking after a headcount of c. 60 colleagues for an ambitious business looking to triple turnover in the next 3 years. Our client is a leading provider into a diverse multi-sector client base spanning the UK and Internationally, whilst being committed to maintaining the highest standards of service, safety, and overall operational efficiency. Aside being a competent leader, this individual needs to have a reasonable awareness of CI initiatives and have a proven ability to work at pace.
