Warehouse Operations manager

We are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee dual-site warehouse operation. This is a key leadership role responsible for delivering efficient operations, excellent customer service, and strong team performance.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day warehouse operations across two nearby sitesLead, motivate, and develop a team of warehouse operatives and techniciansEnsure accurate stock control, inventory management, and use of WMS systemsOversee Goods In/Out processes, storage, and compliance proceduresMonitor KPIs, drive performance, and implement continuous improvementsMaintain health and safety standards, audits, and site securitySupport budgeting and PandL, identifying cost-saving opportunitiesBuild strong relationships with internal teams and customersManage staffing, including recruitment, training, and performance reviewsKey Requirements:3-5 years'' experience in a warehouse leadership role Strong people management and customer-facing skillsSolid understanding of warehouse operations, stock control, and HandS regulationsCommercial awareness with experience supporting cost control initiativesGood IT skills (Excel essential; Oracle desirable)Full UK driving licenceWhat''s on Offer:Opportunity to lead a multi-site operationA varied role with both operational and strategic responsibilitiesCareer development within a growing ..... full job details .....
