This is a hands-on role responsible for establishing efficient and safe warehouse operations, overseeing B2C/e-commerce fulfilment, inventory control and dispatch, and managing a small local warehouse team. You will work closely with a Japanese Warehouse Manager while taking responsibility for local warehouse operations in the UK. The successful candidate will play an important role in establishing operational procedures, health and safety practices, staff training and efficient warehouse processes.
