About the Role
Pertemps, in conjunction with our client, is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a busy service centre in Glasgow City Centre. 


Working Hours

• Flexibility required for a 5 days over 7 rota, provided at least 1 week in advance
• Shift patterns may include:
  • 06:00 – 14:00
  • 08:30 – 15:30
  • 15:30 – 23:00

Key Responsibilities

• Process and load shipments accurately, safely, and efficiently
• Scan and distribute materials in line with global operating procedures
• Handle shipments with precision and care
• Work to tight deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs)
• Maintain high attention to detail in all tasks
• Carry out manual handling duties
• Keep the warehouse clean and organised at all times
• Support administrative and operational functions within the service centre
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, customs, and security regulations
• Picking and packing food and beverage

Skills & Experience

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Knowledge of manual handling techniques
• Team player with a proactive attitude
• Physically capable of meeting job demands
