Warehouse Night Shift ManagerMenzies Distribution Solutions are looking for an experienced Warehouse Night Shift Mananger to join us, providing a first class service with our team in Scunthorpe. You will manage and support an effective operational process, which ensures accurate integrity of customer/Suppliers stock and data input. Also ensuring that all operational processes and compliances are adhered to.The Details: Salary: £38,000 Per AnnumShift Pattern: Monday - FridayStart and Finish Time: 18:00 - 03:00Length of Shift: 9 Hours 45 hours per week Monthly Pay Key Duties and Accountabilities (will include but not be limited to) Maintain a safe working environment which complies with aspects of the company HandS proceduresManagement of stock control Team Leaders, Warehouse Operative and Operational AdminAccountable for shift operationsMaintenance and management of WMS/TMSOrganise training activities and/or schedulingEnsure all pre-requisite HACCP standards are maintained, reviewed and audited to ensure strict compliance is achieved at all times (Hygiene, knife control, allergen management, MHE, glass controls, spillage and damage controls, etc.)BRC awarenessEffectively control goods in and goods outQuality ControlOversee unloading and loading of vehiclesMonitor agreed performance levels for all warehouse/related activityGeneral housekeepingPromote an effective working environment building a diverse, well- balanced team.Ensure all environmental control measures are in place ..... full job details .....
