This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining high standards of accuracy, productivity, safety, and customer service.You will lead and develop a high-performing team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure operations align with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all warehouse activities, including goods-in, storage, picking, packing, and dispatchEnsure orders are fulfilled accurately, on time, and in line with customer expectationsOptimise warehouse layout, workflows, and stock locations to improve efficiencyMaintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and stocktakesMonitor and report on warehouse KPIs such as productivity, accuracy, and service levelsLead, motivate, and develop warehouse staff, including training, coaching, and performance reviewsPlan and allocate labour and resources to meet operational demandsPromote a positive, accountable, and continuous improvement cultureEnsure compliance with UK Health and Safety legislation and conduct regular risk assessmentsOversee the safe use and maintenance of warehouse equipment, including forkliftsEnsure adherence to company policies, security procedures, and quality standardsIdentify and implement process improvements using ..... full job details .....
