Warehouse Manager - Twilight Shift - Poole - 34,000- 40,000TeamJobs are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join a well-established, family-run food distribution business in Poole.This is a great opportunity for a hands-on Warehouse Manager who enjoys leading from the front. You''ll have ownership of the twilight operation, managing a team of 10-16 people and making sure everything is picked, packed and ready for the first deliveries of the morning.This isn''t a desk-based management role. We''re looking for someone who can lead the team, hold high standards and get stuck in when needed.Hours and Salary 34,000- 40,000 per annum5:00pm-2:30am45 hours per weekSunday-Friday, with one night off each weekWhat you''ll be doingTaking ownership of the twilight warehouse operationLeading and motivating a team of 10-16 Warehouse OperativesEnsuring orders are picked accurately and ready for despatch by 2:00amManaging performance, attendance, productivity and standardsWorking hands-on with the team when requiredManaging rotas, reviews, recruitment, investigations and disciplinariesMonitoring picking accuracy and warehouse efficiencySupporting the move from paper pick lists to handheld scannersWorking closely with Warehouse and Transport teams to ensure a smooth handoverMaintaining high standards of health and safety and housekeepingWhat we''re looking forWarehouse management, shift management or supervisory experienceExperience leading teams in a busy ..... full job details .....
