Warehouse Manager / Supervisor

Amour Recruitment are looking for a Warehouse Manager / Supervisor to join our client based at Southampton Docks. This is a hands-on position, supporting the day-to-day running of a busy warehouse operation. The successful candidate will be confident leading by example, assisting with warehouse activities, coordinating workloads, and helping to ensure goods are received, stored and dispatched safely and efficiently. Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operation of the warehouse Unload and unpack incoming containers Coordinate the loading of vehicles for deliveries and collections Support stock control and warehouse organisation Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times Supervise and support warehouse staff Maintain a clean, organised and efficient working environment Assist with planning workloads and prioritising daily tasks Requirements: Previous experience within a warehouse environment Supervisory or management experience would be advantageous Good understanding of warehouse health and safety practices Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment A proactive and hands-on approach to work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm (1-hour lunch break) Salary: Up to £32,000 depending on experience If you''re looking for a varied warehouse role where you can combine operational duties with team leadership responsibilities, we would love to hear from you.
