Key Responsibilities Manage and support a team of drivers and warehouse staff, including training, development and performance management. Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring goods are correctly packed and despatched. Maintain accurate records and update relevant warehouse systems. Plan daily van routes using the company delivery software. Issue delivery notes and manage returned goods. Check and book in all goods received. Coordinate deliveries and installations for the interiors division, ensuring these are completed on time and arranging appropriate cover when required. Work closely with the Installations Manager and other departments, including Customer Experience and Sales, to keep customers updated and maintain strong working relationships.
