About the Role As Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse activities, ensuring stock accuracy, maintaining high operational standards, and leading a dedicated team to achieve business objectives. Key responsibilities include: Managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. Leading, coaching, and developing warehouse staff. Ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently. Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock control processes. Monitoring productivity and implementing continuous improvements. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Coordinating with suppliers, transport providers, and internal departments. Managing warehouse budgets and operational costs. Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies. Producing operational and performance reports. What We''re Looking For To succeed in this role, you will have: Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or Senior Warehouse Supervisor.
