The RoleAs Warehouse Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of the stores function. Working closely with senior leadership, you''ll drive efficiencies, implement change, and develop a high-performing team.This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading both people and process improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day running of the warehouse/stores departmentSupport ongoing improvement projects, including systems and process enhancementsDrive operational efficiency through lean practices and continuous improvement initiativesEnsure stock accuracy, including leading annual stock counts and investigating variancesMonitor and control operational costs such as transport and packagingSet and deliver KPIs aligned to business objectivesLead, train and develop the warehouse teamImplement and maintain procedures, ensuring complianceReport on performance and progress to senior managementAbout YouProven experience managing a warehouse or operations teamStrong focus on continuous improvement and efficiencyStrong organisational and project management skillsHands-on leadership ..... full job details .....
