Warehouse Manager

We are recruiting on behalf of an established and successful business that is looking to appoint an experienced Warehouse Manager to take ownership of its warehouse operation and lead the next stage of its development.This is an excellent opportunity for a strong warehouse professional who combines hands-on operational leadership with a continuous-improvement mindset. The warehouse is already an established operation, so our client is looking for someone who can assess how it currently works, identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance, and put the processes, systems and structure in place to support the business as it continues to grow.This is specifically a warehouse leadership position rather than a broader Supply Chain Manager role. Procurement, purchasing and inventory management are handled by a separate function and the Warehouse Manager will be able to concentrate on warehouse operations, people leadership, productivity and continuous improvement.Warehouse Manager - The role - Supply Chain, DistributionThe Warehouse Manager will take responsibility for the effective day-to-day running and ongoing development of the warehouse operation.
