Night Warehouse Manager MUST have led multiple teams of Warehouse people and managers in the Food Distribution industry.

Night Warehouse Manager MUST have experience working in a fast paced food logistics environment.

The hours / days for this role are Monday - Friday

Monday - Thursday - 20:00 - 05:30
Friday - 16:00 - 01:30

The Role:

Management of a night warehouse team
Coaching the team to reach their full potential
Communicating openly and consistently, delivering key messages to the team at the right time
Managing recruitment, absence, performance conduct safety and service
Allocating work considering individual/team capability and legal driving hours to achieve targets
Carrying out good quality investigations
