Warehouse Manager - Up to 45,000 Location: Bury Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pmI''m working with a long-established business in Bury that''s looking for a strong Warehouse Manager to take ownership of their operation. If you''re confident leading people, improving processes, and keeping a busy warehouse running smoothly, this is a great opportunity to step into a role where you can really make an impact. They are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and has a strong background as a warehouse manager with extensive health and safety knowledge. What you''ll be doing:Leading a team of up to 30 warehouse staff, making sure daily operations run efficiently and safely.Managing inventory and stock levels, ensuring orders are accurate and on time.Reviewing and improving warehouse processes to drive productivity.Ensuring the site remains fully compliant with HandS standards.Coaching, developing, and motivating your team with ongoing training.Working with senior management to support wider operational improvements.What you''ll need:Solid experience in warehouse management or a supervisory role.Confident leadership skills with the ability to get the best out of a team.Strong organisational skills and clear communication.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Understanding of warehouse health and safety requirements.What''s on offer:Salary up to 52,000 plus bonus scheme dependent on experience. 25 days holiday + bank holidaysPension schemeDeath in ..... full job details .....
