You will be expected to manage the production floor by planning schedules, managing inventory, and ensuring output meets quality and safety standards. Staff Leadership: Hiring, training, and motivating warehouse and production personnel. Quality Assurance: Implementing standard operating procedures to guarantee product consistency. Health & Safety: Ensuring a safe working environment and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
