Warehouse Manager Upto £40,000 per annum DOECrewe4 on 4 off shifts - 1pm to 11pm We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a fast-paced distribution operation working to tight daily deadlines.This is a hands-on role, leading from the front to ensure workflow efficiency and team performance across a busy warehouse environment. The Role Supervise and support the warehouse team to ensure smooth day-to-day operationsDeliver daily dispatch and production targetsOperate Counterbalance and Reach FLT where requiredManage pick waves and stock replenishment processesAllocate labour effectively based on workload and prioritiesIdentify and resolve operational issues proactivelyCommunicate effectively with senior managementComplete basic HR duties including timesheets, absence management and arranging coverTrain and develop team members to improve overall performanceCarry out basic maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment Requirements Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (essential)Previous warehouse supervisory experienceStrong understanding of pick/pack, dispatch and stock control processesAbility to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environmentHands-on, practical approach with strong problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and organisational abilityAble to work under pressure and meet deadlines Desirable Reach Truck licenceExperience within a production or manufacturing environmentExposure to CNC or similar machinery Working Hours ..... full job details .....
