Warehouse Manager Just Temps is currently recruiting for an experience Warehouse Manager to join a well-established logistics business on a day shift based in the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk on a fixed term contract (3-6 months).Why work with Just TempsWe have over 40 years of experience supporting businesses with temporary and temp-to-perm roles. You will be monitoring and improving operational KPIs, taking ownership of issues, corrective actions and continuous improvement. Working hours are Monday Friday, 45 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £18 - £25 per hour depending on experience.Key Duties:Take ownership of labour planning, shift allocation, productivity and operational performanceDrive freight accuracy and control, including scanning, identification, location management and robust loading/checking processesImprove warehouse flow and efficiency, reducing congestion, search activity, delays and turnaround timesDrive customer service and quality performance, investigating complaints, damages and service failures and implementing ..... full job details .....
