Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a small team in a busy warehouse environment. Pick, pack, and check orders accurately and according to hire specifications. Test and prepare equipment ready for hire, ensuring it meets quality standards. Ensure cleanliness and general maintenance of the warehouse. Organise and oversee the loading and unloading of company and courier vehicles. Conduct regular stock checks and inventory management. Make recommendations for process improvements to increase operational efficiency. Liaise with customers and couriers regarding deliveries and collections.
