Are you an experienced Warehouse Supervisor or Manager ready for your next challenge? We are recruiting for a Warehouse Manager to join a busy and well-established food distribution operation based at Milton Park. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key leadership role with real long-term prospects.

You’ll take responsibility for a dedicated department within a large warehouse operation, leading teams, driving standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations within your department
• Lead, motivate and develop warehouse staff
• Drive productivity, accuracy and service levels
• Ensure health & safety and compliance standards are maintained
• Support continuous improvement across the operation
• Work closely with senior management on performance and planning

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous warehouse management or supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Experience within FMCG, food, logistics or fast-paced warehousing preferred
• Organised, hands-on and driven approach
• Looking for a long-term career opportunity
• Weekend work is required - every other weekend
