This company is a market-leading supplier to the funeral industry, distributing products across the UK and internationally. They are preparing to move into a brand-new, purpose-built facility on the outskirts of Worthing, West Sussex and due to be up and running by May 2027. Centralising operations from several sheds into one state-of-the-art distribution centre is a pivotal moment for the business, and you could drive this transition! New layouts, workflows, processes and also a systems upgrade of the WMS/ERP (Microsoft Business Central) requires a skilled Warehouse Manager to lead this project. Salary up to £50,000 plus performance and sales-related  bonus scheme and generous holiday entitlement. 40 hours per week, 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (some flex required, of course).
