The role is to manage all aspects of the warehouse including Goods In, Stocktaking, Inventory, Picking, Co-Packing, storage and Dispatch. They require a hands on style to lead from the front, bringing energy and experience to deliver required improvements to people and process performance. Key Responsibilities include: * To lead and manage all direct reports to deliver customer daily orders in the most cost-effective manner. * To develop a Continuous Improvement culture to improve warehouse performance efficiencies. * To drive KPI''s in your team for health and safety, quality, customer service, labour and materials. * Through direct reports, ensure that all functional requirements and SLA''s are fully completed and conformed to. * Develop relationships and work in collaboration with other departments to ensure stock is available. * Ensure training within your team is completed to health and safety standards and company procedures. * Ensure that the WMS system is fully utilised and information is maintained in line with company procedures with up to date / accurate stock count....
