Warehouse Manager - Fresh Produce

The Opportunity Are you an experienced Warehouse Shift Manager looking for an opportunity to lead a busy warehouse operation, improve operational performance and drive business success? Our fresh produce client is looking for a proactive and commercially minded Warehouse Shift Manager to take overall responsibility for warehouse operations, ensuring service levels are consistently achieved while maintaining control of costs, productivity and workforce performance. This is a key leadership position within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, where you''ll oversee warehouse management systems, staff scheduling, goods-in and goods-out operations, and the delivery of key performance indicators. Working closely with the wider site management team, you''ll play an important role in developing employees, improving processes and ensuring the warehouse operates safely, efficiently and in line with company standards.
