Responsibilities
Take full accountability for the end-to-end warehouse operation at a food manufacturing site.
Manage a small team and ensure raw materials and finished goods are stored, moved, and recorded accurately, safely, and in compliance with food quality standards.
Liaise with internal shift managers and coordinate external hauliers to deliver seamless stock control, safety leadership and continuous improvement in warehouse processes.
Support production delivery, drive warehouse performance and create a culture of safety, accountability and food quality compliance.
Qualifications
Hands-on Warehouse experience from the food production/manufacturing environment.
Proven track record of managing teams.
Current Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
Competent with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
High standards in food hygiene, safety, and compliance practices.
