This is a varied role managing the warehouse team, stock, goods in and dispatch whilst driving improvements across productivity, accuracy and overall warehouse performance. Key Responsibilities of a Warehouse Manager: Oversee the day-to-day warehouse operation including goods in, storage, picking, packing and dispatch Lead, manage and motivate the warehouse team to achieve operational targets (team of 6) Plan workloads, staffing and resources to meet daily business requirements Monitor warehouse KPIs including OTIF, picking accuracy, stock accuracy and dispatch performance Maintain accurate stock levels and locations, including regular PI counts Work closely with Stock Control to investigate and resolve stock discrepancies Ensure orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time Monitor warehouse performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency ...
