This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and hands-on leader to take ownership of a busy warehouse operation and inspire a large team to deliver excellence.The RoleLeading a team of 40 warehouse operatives, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and cost-effective running of the warehouse function. You will drive continuous improvement across all areas of the operation while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and customer service.Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 40 warehouse staff, fostering a positive and high-performance culture Oversee all day-to-day warehouse operations including goods in, picking, packing, and despatch Monitor and report on key performance indicators, implementing improvements where required Ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation and company policies Manage stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and annual stock takes Liaise with transport, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operational flow Manage staffing levels, rotas, and absence in line with business needs Drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximise efficiency and reduce costsRequirements Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or Senior Warehouse Team Leader ..... full job details .....
