About the Role As our Warehouse Operations Lead (UK), you will oversee end-to-end warehouse and e-commerce fulfilment operations, including inbound, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.You will play a key role in implementing best-in-class warehouse processes, improving operational performance, and ensuring seamless B2C order fulfilment within cost and service targets.You will also lead and develop a team of 4 5 warehouse operatives, setting clear standards and driving a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
