Warehouse Manager

We are currently partnering with a globally recognised organisation to recruit a dynamic, hands-on Warehouse Manager with Health and Safety experience for their flagship distribution hub near Newbury. This is a pivotal role within a fast-paced environment where operational excellence and a "safety-first" culture are the top priorities. The Role As Warehouse Manager, you will take full ownership of the daily operations, leading a dedicated team to hit ambitious KPIs while maintaining the highest standards of site safety. Your core responsibilities will include:Operational Leadership: Managing end-to-end warehouse workflows, from goods-in to dispatch.HandS Championing: Acting as the site lead for Health and Safety, ensuring 100% compliance with COSHH, RIDDOR, and internal auditing standards.Team Development: Mentoring, training, and driving engagement across the warehouse floor.Process Improvement: Identifying bottlenecks and implementing Lean or 5S strategies to boost efficiency.Inventory Control: Overseeing stock accuracy and minimizing loss through robust management systems.
