Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday - Some overtime available

What You''ll Be Doing as a Stairlift Warehouse Manager:

• Overseeing day-to-day operations across the warehouse
• Implementing structured systems to improve workflow and stock management
• Designing and maintaining a clean, logical warehouse layout
• Tracking stock manually and managing inventory accuracy
• Ordering and replenishing stairlift parts, consumables, and tools
• Liaising with suppliers and managing key relationships
• Working closely with engineers to resolve issues like missing or damaged stock
• Enforcing standard operating procedures across the warehouse team
• Leading on warehouse health & safety and compliance
• Managing waste processes, including scrap metal recycling
• Coordinating internal and external transport to meet strict delivery deadlines

What We''re Looking For in a Stairlift Warehouse Manager:

• Proven experience in a warehouse management or operations role
• Knowledge of stairlift parts and engineering processes is a strong advantage
• Proficient in IT and CRM systems for inventory and layout planning
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• High attention to detail with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Willingness to work overtime when needed to maintain high standards
• In-depth understanding of warehouse health & safety practices
