Warehouse ManagerYeovil 65,000 + package PermanentFast-Growth Business New Site We are working with a fast-growing business in Yeovil as they launch a brand-new operation and are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to take full ownership of the site.This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, next-day delivery environment and wants genuine responsibility for shaping and improving an operation from the ground up.The RoleYou will have total ownership of the warehouse operation, combining hands-on operational leadership with a strategic focus on growth, performance and continuous improvement.From establishing processes and standards at the new site through to developing the team and driving operational performance, you will be responsible for making the warehouse a highly efficient, scalable operation.Key ResponsibilitiesTake full operational ownership of the new warehouse site.Lead and develop the warehouse team, creating a strong performance culture.Establish processes, SOPs, KPIs and operational standards from the ground up.Ensure consistently high performance within a next-day delivery environment.Drive continuous improvement across productivity, accuracy, quality and cost.Manage labour planning, resource utilisation and operational capacity.Develop the operation to support significant future growth.Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.Work closely with senior leadership and other functions to align ..... full job details .....
