Warehouse Manager

Our client is looking to appoint an experienced and proactive Warehouse Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of their busy warehouse operation. This is a hands-on leadership position at the heart of the business, where the successful candidate will lead a small warehouse team while ensuring stock is managed accurately, customer orders are fulfilled efficiently, and the warehouse remains a safe and productive environment. Working closely with teams across the wider business, the Warehouse Manager will play a key role in ensuring operational requirements are met and that any stock, order or fulfilment issues are resolved quickly. Key Responsibilities Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the warehouse, including goods-in, storage, stock control, picking and dispatch. Lead, manage and develop a small warehouse team, maintaining high standards of performance and morale. Oversee the accurate receipt, storage, movement and dispatch of inventory. Work closely with other departments to resolve discrepancies, order amendments, stock queries and customer requirements. Support the accurate picking and dispatch of high-value components and customer orders, including shop and Click and Collect orders. Monitor and improve key warehouse KPIs, including pick accuracy, dispatch times and stock integrity. Conduct regular stock counts and support preparation for the annual stock audit.
