Warehouse Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join a fast-growing logistics company based in West Thurrock. This is an exciting opportunity to lead warehouse operations within a dynamic environment.The successful candidate will oversee daily warehouse activities, manage teams, and ensure efficient goods-in, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day warehouse operations including goods-in, picking, packing, and dispatch.Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to maintain high performance and productivity.Monitor stock accuracy, inventory control, and warehouse KPIs.Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations and company procedures.Optimise warehouse layout, processes, and workflows to improve efficiency.Work closely with logistics, transport, and customer teams to meet delivery deadlines.Maintain accurate reporting and performance tracking.Duties and ResponsibilitiesProven experience as a Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Supervisor within a fast paced environment.Strong leadership and team management skills.Experience with WMS systems and inventory management.Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.Good understanding of health and safety and warehouse best practices.What''s on OfferCompetitive salaryCareer development opportunitiesSupportive and fast-paced working environmentOpportunity to work with leading fashion ..... full job details .....
