This is an exciting opportunity for a logistics professional who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and is passionate about driving operational efficiency, managing teams, and maintaining high service standards.The Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing logistics operations, coordinating transportation and third-party logistics providers, and ensuring the smooth movement, storage, and distribution of goods.Key ResponsibilitiesManage transportation systems and coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to optimise collection and delivery schedules.Oversee company vehicles and manage drivers in line with company transport policies.Ensure all vehicles meet industry standards and comply with relevant haulage and transport regulations.Maintain full compliance with health and safety regulations across all warehouse activities.Manage and maintain health and safety audits, training programmes, signage, and documentation.Monitor and replenish warehouse consumables within agreed budgets.Utilise Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms to track stock levels, process orders, and generate operational reports.Manage the order book and ensure ageing orders are identified and ..... full job details .....
