Warehouse Lead South Derbyshire Permanent Up to £50,000 SF Recruitment are partnering with a South Derbyshire-based business to recruit a newly created Warehouse and Logistics Lead position. Offering a salary of up to £50,000, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced logistics professional to take ownership of warehouse, inventory, transport, and despatch operations. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will lead warehouse, stores, goods-in, and despatch functions, ensuring efficient material flow, strong inventory control, and on-time customer delivery, while driving continuous improvements across logistics and operational performance. Key Responsibilities -Lead all warehouse, stores, goods-in, inventory, and despatch operations, ensuring high levels of stock accuracy and operational efficiency. -Manage inventory control processes, including cycle counting, stock verification, ERP/MRP transactions, and warehouse organisation. -Oversee goods receipt activities, supplier deliveries, material movements, and subcontract processes, maintaining full traceability and documentation. -Ensure the effective picking, kitting, allocation, and control of materials to support production schedules and customer demand. -Manage domestic and international logistics, transport, freight providers, and customer despatch activities to achieve on-time delivery performance. -Ensure all shipping, export, customer, and invoicing documentation is completed accurately and compliantly. ..... full job details .....
