Warehouse Inbound SupervisorRugby/LutherwoodMonday to Friday £20 per hourWe are seeking an experienced Warehouse Inbound Supervisor who is fluent in Mandarin OR Cantonese to oversee inbound logistics operations within our Clients busy warehouse facility.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing materials handling processes, supervising a team, and ensuring efficient shipping and receiving activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong leadership skills and a solid background in warehouse management to contribute to continuous process improvement and operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily inbound logistics activities, including receipt, inspection, and storage of materialsCoordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveriesUtilise Warehouse Management System for tracking inventory and managing documentationLead, train, and manage warehouse staff, fostering a safe and productive working environmentImplement process improvements to optimise inbound workflows and reduce lead timesManage shipping and receiving operations, including heavy lifting tasks and materials handlingEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations during all warehouse activitiesQualificationsMust speak English AND Cantonese/MandarinProven experience in warehouse management or logistics rolesStrong knowledge of materials handling, shipping and receiving procedures, and warehouse ..... full job details .....
