M4 Recruitment is hiring a reliable Airside Forklift Driver/ warehouse operative for Heathrow Airport. You will be responsible for safe and efficient cargo transport within the airside operations area, ensuring compliance with airport regulations. Key Responsibilities: Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport cargo safely. Ensure cargo handling complies with airport and company regulations. Follow all health, safety, and security protocols. Use hand-held devices to locate and identify cargo. Process paperwork in accordance with our clients'' requirements. Handling special cargo products Building and breaking pallets Manual handling Preparing and palletizing cargo as needed. Requirements: Valid forklift license 5-year work history (from HMRC app/website) Clean DBS check Previous forklift experience (airport/high-security environment preferred) Cargo Operative Training (must be completed before starting) Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Shift Pattern: 4 on, 2 off (2 early shifts, 2 late shifts) Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays Additional Information: Candidates must pass additional airport security checks.
